New garden bed planted

This is the new "wave bed" we've completed in the veggie garden. the edge is just fun to look at, and it allows the students to access the bed a bit better for weeding, harvesting and just admiring. Keep posted for pictures as our onions, peas, lettuce and garlic grow. we've planted a vetch cover crop between the plants as well to help enrich the soil.
